Refunds & Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns Policy. To the extent that any provision in our Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the offending provision in our Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your item / products, please let us know. Our returns policy gives you 14 days ‘cooling off’ period from receipt of your item to contact us and arrange a return and possible refund, this excludes personalised items please see detail below.  If 14 days has elapsed since the receipt of your item, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for a refund or exchange then the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, this means the item should be returned in the same condition in which you received them. The items must be returned with any labels, accessories and ‘free gifts’ or bonus items sent out as part of the same purchase.
As part of the returns process, we require receipt or proof of purchase. If you could confirm the details of the name, date and invoice no. then we can confirm the purchase and facilitate the return.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received we will email you to notify you, this will also include the next steps before we will either approve or reject the refund request.
Refunds are only permitted for items that are faulty and this is the result of the production of the item only, any items that are damaged by other means or seen to be tampered with are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

In addition, a refund will be approved for items that are faulty as part of the production of the item only, any items that are damaged by other means or seen to be tampered with are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items are only return and refundable if they are faulty and this has been caused by the production of the product. The cooling off period mentioned previously does not include personalised items.
